St Bridget's Cross drop earrings in sterling silver.
The St Brigid's Cross is hung each February 1st to commemorate St Brigid's day, Ireland's female patron saint. The making of a St Brigid cross is a traditional ritual, hand woven from rushes or reeds the night before St. Brigid's Day. The tradition holds that the cross is hung on the door to protect the house from fire and evil.
