How long does it take to process my order?

We typically process online orders within 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information..

How can I track my order?

Once your order is prepared for shipping, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to see real-time updates on your delivery status.

I haven't received my tracking information. What should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder first, as automated emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@sheepandwoolcentre.com, and we'll resend your tracking details.

How long will my delivery take?
  • Ireland: 2-5 business days
  • UK: 5-7 business days
  • Europe: 7-10 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-21 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes and can vary depending on location and customs processing for international orders.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?

We can deliver to P.O. boxes within Ireland. For international deliveries, we recommend providing a physical address as some couriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Can I arrange express or next-day delivery?

Currently, we use standard shipping services. For urgent orders, please contact us directly at info@sheepandwoolcentre.com to discuss options.

My tracking shows my parcel was delivered, but I haven't received it. What now?

First, check:

  • With neighbours who may have accepted the delivery
  • Around your property (sometimes parcels are left in safe places)
  • With other household members
  • Your tracking details to confirm the delivery address
  • Check with the courier directly by emailing the customer service team at customerservices@dpd.ie with your DPD Tracking Number, Eircode & Query or call +353 906 420500 8am - 6pm, Mon - Fri

If you still can't locate your parcel, contact us at info@sheepandwoolcentre.com with your order number, and we'll work with the courier to investigate.

What should I do if my parcel doesn't arrive?

 If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information for the latest status
  2. Check with neighbours or household members who may have accepted the delivery

If the issue isn't resolved, email us at info@sheepandwoolcentre.com with your order number, and we'll investigate further

My parcel is delayed. What should I do?

Occasionally, parcels can be delayed due to customs, weather, or courier issues. Check your tracking information for updates. If your parcel is significantly overdue, please check with the courier directly by emailing the customer service team at customerservices@dpd.ie with your DPD Tracking Number, Eircode & Query or call +353 906 420500 8am - 6pm, Mon - Fri

My parcel arrived damaged. What are my options?

We're sorry to hear this! Please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at info@sheepandwoolcentre.com with your order number and photos
  3. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate

Do not throw away the packaging until the issue is resolved, as we may need it for insurance claims.

Will I have to pay customs charges or import duties?

For orders outside Ireland and the EU, you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees when your parcel arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local government and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific rates.

Why is my international order taking longer than expected?

International orders can be delayed by:

  • Customs processing and inspections
  • Public holidays in either Ireland or your country
  • Peak shipping periods
  • Remote or rural delivery locations

Please allow extra time for international deliveries. If concerned, check your tracking information or contact us.

My parcel is stuck in customs. What should I do?

Contact your local customs office using the tracking number. They can provide information about any required documentation or fees. If you need any information from us (such as customs declarations), email info@sheepandwoolcentre.com.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Contact us as soon as possible at info@sheepandwoolcentre.com. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually update the address. Once shipped, It's not possible to change the delivery address.

I won't be home when my parcel arrives. What can I do?

Most couriers will:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place
  • Deliver to a neighbour (leaving a card)
  • Return the parcel to a local depot for collection
