| Ireland for centuries has been famous for its woollens, a wide range of which, including beautifully woven sweaters and scarves are available in-store. We like to emphasise local crafts where possible, which includes woollen goods, jewellery, crystal, books by local authors, and on local history, flora and fauna and other souvenirs of your trip to Leenane and the West of Ireland. OS Maps for walkers and hikers are also available.
All items are displayed at reasonable prices, and will suit most pockets, which is always a great help, especially when everyone back home is expecting a little something from Ireland. As with all aspects of our centre, proceeds from the shop go towards further research and development of the centre. |
